Monday Compaint for the Day

I'm wearing a nice work shirt that happens to be short sleeved. Co-worker I barely know walks up to me: "Brrrr you must be freezing!" while touching my arm. Dear people: I am not working outside, nor in a building which doesn't have heat. Just because it is cold outside, doesn't mean I must wear a parka with earmuffs at my cubicle. And the next person who asks if I need a sweater will receive a pile on snow on their chair. Do I ask you why you're not wearing a swimsuit to work when it's 100 degrees in the summer? Negative. That would be inappropriate and weird. Leave me alone. And the touching without asking first? Boundaries people, come on! I feel like the pregnant woman who wants to slap people when they touch her belly without asking...except i'm not pregnant, and it's not my belly. Just a warm-blooded Minnesotan trying to get by in my short-sleeved shirt. Happy Monday people.
